  • 1 1/2 cup soft dried apples
  • 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup walnuts
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup from Canada
  • 1 tbsp unrefined coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp filtered water (optional)


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until crumbling.
  2. Scoop ¼ cup crumbles into your clean hands and squeeze together, roll into balls.
  3. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy!
