- 2 bananas, peeled and cut in pieces
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich flavor)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup ice
- Combine bananas, almond milk, yogurt, oats, pure maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon in blender and puree until smooth.
- Add ice and puree until smooth.
