  • 4 fresh raspberries
  • 1 1/2 oz amaro (alcoholic or non-alcoholic)
  • 1 tsp maple vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  • 4 oz sparkling maple water
  • 3 fresh raspberries (to decorate)


  1. Choose a 350 ml (12 oz) highball glass and crush the first four raspberries in it.
  2. Add the amaro and maple vinegar or balsamic vinegar.
  3. Fill with ice cubes and stir with a spoon until the glass feels freezing to your fingers.
  4. Top up with the sparkling maple water.
  5. Garnish with the three raspberries on a cocktail pick.
