- 1 to 3 Tbsp pure maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich flavor)
- 3/4 cup plain Greek style yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh fruits
- Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth and pour in a bottle or juice box.
- Enjoy nicely chilled.
