Ingredients
- 1 lemon wedge
- 2 tbsps maple sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsps maple syrup (preferably very dark syrup for its strong flavor)
- 4 to 5 ice cubes
- 3/4 cup strong coffee or espresso
Method
- Frost a tall glass by rubbing rim with the lemon wedge, then immediately dipping it in a saucer containing the maple sugar.
- Pour milk and maple syrup into the glass, add ice and pour coffee on top.
