Ingredients

  • 2 cups mozzarella, grated
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon fennel
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon maple sugar

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread mozzarella uniformly across sheet and sprinkle remaining ingredients on top.
  3. Bake for 18-20 min or until golden.
  4. Remove from oven, cut into pieces using a pizza wheel and let cool.
