Maple Snow Cone: Sugar on Snow

  • 4 cups pure maple syrup from Canada
  • 4 cups shaved ice/snow


In large saucepan heat maple syrup over medium heat for 5-7 minutes stirring occasionally; lower heat to keep warm. Divide “snow” between 6-8 bowls. Pour maple syrup over top of snow, dividing equally.
