Buttermilk Maple Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 3/4 cups buttermilk
  • 5 Tbsp melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup (for sweeter waffles, use 1/4 cup)

Method

  1. Preheat the waffle maker
  2. Mix the dry ingredients
  3. Add wet ingredients to the bowl
  4. Whisk until the batter is smooth
  5. Use your waffle maker according to manufacturer instructions
